The items’ will be shipped out in 2-3 days and will be delivered in 4-9 days after that. Shipping is absolutely free for all prepaid orders.
Cancellation will be accepted only within 12-14 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at SPORTZILLA. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with complete details of the purchase and the reason for cancellation.

Returns only applicable for manufacturing defects or damages during transit only.
A query has to be raised within 48 hrs of the receipt of the shipment. Our policy lasts one day(24 hrs) post-delivery of the product. If two days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
In the case of the Size issue, you will need to send us back the Product in the same condition. After getting the product back, a new shipment of different size will be sent. The Shipping charge from your place to our place is not on us. So please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering the product.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the nearest Warehouse as will be indicated by us through the mail.
You are supposed to pay the shipping charges to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
